Redesigned the entire dashboard UX for a growing CRM startup to improve onboarding and reduce churn by 18%.
Solution
NovaCRM’s original dashboard struggled with usability issues due to overwhelming data density, inconsistent layouts, and outdated visuals.
The goal was to reimagine the experience with a modern design system, optimized navigation structure, and scalable component library.
Results
I created a modular layout with collapsible sidebars, tabbed views, and hover tooltips to keep the interface clean yet powerful.
The redesign improved task efficiency and user satisfaction, and reduced support tickets related to navigation.
